Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-19
These are general terms describing acceptable use of Spendora. They are written in plain language and have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer — treat them as a good-faith description, not a substitute for professional legal advice.
Using Spendora
Spendora is a tool for tracking your own expenses and issuing your own invoices. You're responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you enter, and for complying with any tax, invoicing, or accounting regulations that apply to your business. Spendora doesn't provide tax, legal, or financial advice.
Currency conversion
Converted totals shown across the app (marked with ≈) are indicative estimates based on daily exchange rates from a third-party provider, not the exact rate you'll get from a bank or payment processor. Always confirm the actual rate with whoever is handling the real money movement.
Guest invoicing
You can create and download invoices without an account. Guest invoices are stored only in your browser and are not backed up by us — clearing your browser data or switching devices will lose them unless you've signed up (which syncs them to your account automatically).
Acceptable use
Don't use Spendora to commit fraud, launder money, evade sanctions, or violate any applicable law. Don't attempt to access another user's data, probe the application for vulnerabilities without authorization, or abuse rate-limited features (like AI receipt scanning) at scale.
Service availability
Spendora is provided on an "as-is" basis without uptime guarantees at this stage. We'll do our best to keep it running and to give notice before any change that affects your data.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, we'll update the date above. Continued use of Spendora after a change constitutes acceptance of the update.
